We rented a house from Golden Key Rentals for about a year until we decided that we wanted to buy a house. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I only had to call the office maybe 3 times because of an unavoidable issue. Each time, the staff was very helpful, and the problem was fixed no later than the next day. When our contract was up, we sent in a form basically saying that we were moving out. They send you a “check list” of what needs to be done upon moving out. Lived in one of the property for 2years had no problems. When problems occurred they got taken care of right away. Highly recommended them the staff really friendly.
We have been renting with Golden Key for a couple of years now and couldn't be happier. We are in our second home with them and are even more pleased with the services they are providing for us. Very rude. Mostly the female that works there. She has a bad attitude and terrible customer service. I will never rent from them again.
Very bad customer service when renting from them. They never return your calls when something s wrong with the rental but sure will take your rent money. Forget about getting your security deposit back, they take money from your deposit for made up damage. Make sure you document all the damage when you move in. Even if it is documented they still say your liable. Rent from someone else!!!!!!!
