We were very satisfied with our experience with golden key! We rented a home while looking to buy and never had any problems. All the office staff is friendly, helpful, and available when needed. I would recommend to anyone looking for a rental home!
We recently hired Golden Key Rentals to manage about two dozen properties. The previous management had done a poor job, at best. The documentation and recordkeeping of the PRIOR management made the job for Golden Key especially difficult. Despite these challenges, Golden Key Immediately went to work. Communication with tenants was terrific. Collections went up in the first month. Hiring Golden Key was a fabulous choice.
