We had a fantastic experience with Michael and his staff. This was our first time using in-home care and we were, understandably, careful. After sitting with Michael, we all came away with the feeling that Golden Heart would be a great fit and I'm thrilled to say we were right. More than just great care, our parents developed friendships with their assistants. The personal touch means the world.

The owner and his staff are simply amazing!! A little hiccup comes along and Mike is immediately on the job to take care of safety and well being of his clients. I have worked with 2 other agencies previously, and neither one can compare. The paperwork is seamless, leaving the patient to heal without stress of filing forms.

We started home care with Golden Heart Senior Care (Walnut Creek) the end of May and it has been the best experience. Our caregiver is excellent. She takes care of everything from personal care to companionship to house cleaning. It has lifted a weight off my shoulders and given me back some freedom in my life.
