Very unprofessional and Management Frank would not fix anything in unit. He would also hang up if he didn't like where the conversation was going. Refused to return security deposit months after end of lease. They let my co tenant stay in unit after I moved because of DV and tried to charge me for his damages. Also let my co tenant open my mail to continue renting unit. I would advise you find somewhere else to rent as renting here would cause you more issues than needed.
Poor service from Frank and not Profeshional attitude .
