This is by far the best golden chick in the nearest three cities. The way they do gravy in a tray instead of a cup is reminiscent of school lunches but its so good. the chickens always perfect, and the staff is always down to earth nice.
Ordered a chicken sandwich combo and got home to a sandwich with 4 mini buns two on top two on bottom called and manager said that’s how it comes I disputed claim and then told driver bought wrong buns but I was never told this while ordering. When I complained I was told what do you want me to do. I asked for owner info and told he didn’t know then proceeded to hang up on me. This is the worst Golden Chick I have ever ate at.. they never have anything ready. I have given them multiple chances but I'm sick and tired of this location. Last time it was roasted chicken, then mashed potatoes and today they are out of gravy and it's 12:36pm. Lunch time and no gravy doesn't make any sense to me.
