Usually order through the Golden Chick app (NOT DoorDash/UberEats). I always go through the drive through to pickup. 90% of the time they hand me it, but today (August 2nd, 2025) they refused, saying they never hand it out in the drive through. I said this location, and well as other Golden Chick locations, always give it to me through the drive through. We just left this particular Golden chick and I was dreading stopping there in the first place. We NEVER have a pleasant experience. Today was no different. We tried to place an order and the young lady was short and rude and did not even try to accommodate our request. Ok, I get it, you can’t always get it your way, but then when we got to the window the staff was rude, short and got mad when we wouldn’t move out the line to allow them to fix other people’s orders.
