This past Saturday I proposed to my now fiancée, and the Golden Burro would be our destination post-proposal. I called them up about two weeks beforehand, and they were not only just as excited as me to make this moment incredible, but they were also the most accommodating, hospitable, and delicious place I could’ve possibly chosen. Interesting little café in the middle of a very old town. They were extremely busy when we got there. We chose to sit at the bar. They actually hung a sign stating that if you set the bar to expect not to get very good service or timely service because they were busy waiting on their other customers. But they did make us a really good omelette they did substitute us out some fresh fruit for the hash potatoes that we could tell we’re not getting cooked on anybody else’s plates. Meatloaf looked, tasted and had consistency of canned dog food. Worst meal I have ever tried to eat in my life of 60 years! Never stop here!!
