Stayed here in April with my wife and the stay was amazing! First the owners made sure our cabin was ready for our unexpected early arrival. When we arrived we couldn't have asked for anything better. Music playing in the cabin, it was very clean and cozy. You have everything you could need and we weren't bothered by anyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and the whole stay was so quiet, relaxing and romantic. Can't wait to come back!
Golden Anchor Cabins was a Beautiful place to spend our 15th year Anniversary in the Beautiful Mountains of West Virginia. We've made so many more great memories this week on our little getaway. We loved the Cabin, the romantic music playing when we first got here was nice, clean and inviting, we couldn't have asked for a more Romantic place to spend our Anniversary. Thanks for Everything!!
We recently went here for a weekend get away with our two sons and had an absolutely great time. We stayed in the Hillside Cabin and it was just beautiful. Waking up to that gorgeous view in the morning was absolutely priceless. We will definitely be coming back.
We definately rate our stay at the King cabin with the highest star available..it was all that we heard it to be and more..we throughly enjoyed the quiet and the serenity!! And just the beauty too of Gods creation! Even tho it was rainy and even snowed a little..our stay was awesome!! Enjoyed the choc- covered strawberries as well..well worth the extra dollars! We did wish tho that check out time would've been a little later..but enjoyed every mintute..thanks again! .
This place is awesome!! If your are looking for a romantic secluded getaway (which is why we went) it doesn't get any better than this!! Romantic music playing when you arrive, fully stocked cabin with everything you could need (down to spices in the kitchen), your own private hot tub, fireplace, candles and more. The owners havent missed a single detail!! When staying all you needs to bring is food and your clothes.
