In my 10 years in LA I've worked out at Crunch, 24-Hour, Bally's Muscle System and LA Fitness. Gold's is still the best and my favorite. (except for the music, it SUCKS)
I like to soak up some sun and a quick snack at the park like area on the upper level.It is a very nice , quite area with a nice view of the tall buildings downtown.great place to Chillax!
Take Marcus's 6 a.m. spin class for a KILLER workout.
