Since they are a GM dealership, they were able to diagnose and repair an issue that came up....and my chevrolet said they might be able to look at the car if I leave it. They (my chevrolet) just lost a customer forever! I’ll now get any GM service done at Gold Star 🌟
Luis was very helpful when buying my 2015 Ram 1500 Eco-Diesel. I'm having a minor problem with an Air pressure sensor on it. I have an appointment set up on Monday to hopefully get it remedied.
We purchased a new truck from Pablo and other than the wait to sign papers (which is expected) it was the most pleasant experience we’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend Pablo if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. We felt they were fair and truly valued our business. I took my terrain for her first oil change that includes free tire rotation so I mark the tires to make sure that they are rotated pues long and behold the paper work says tires got rotated the service advisor says tires got rotated but when I check the tires guess what tires didn't get rotated after I show the service advisor he goes back and comes back with the guy doing the service might of forgotten to rotated the tire smh.
