I had a very disappointing experience at Gold Standard Physiotherapy. Despite providing my X-ray reports and medical history, the staff didn’t review them. I initially booked one physiotherapist, but a different person attended to me. On my second visit, yet another physiotherapist took over, who had no knowledge of my history, didn’t check my file, and didn’t seem interested in understanding my condition.
