Joined this gym and paid my dues every month. Card expired and I updated billing before it was due. However, the employees didn’t update the system so I got charged $$$$ in late fees.... now the same employees say they can’t help me and I have to call corporate.... horrible!!!

I have been going to Golds Gym on Walton Way for awhile now. However, for the last few months a lot of the equipment has become old and doesn’t function properly. Treadmills are horrible, either it’s the incline button doesn’t work or it’s the speed button. I really don’t want to go to another gym, but to get the workout I want it looks like will be.
