RecommendedGreat facility, equipment and great staff not much else to ask for. Jeff Specht has taken great care of me when I’ve been in town for military leave. If I were living here this is where I’d be a member.
Very displeased with the facility not keeping spray tanning solution in stock. It has been out at least a month. This is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to be provided for to platinum plus members. Also, very disappointed with the moving of hot yoga out of the studio. Not the same atmosphere noisy and loud not calming! I would not recommend golds at present time at Hendersonville location!

They don’t honor their guest passes
Roomy, lots of equipment, and wide variety of equipment to work with for your individual goals.
Worst run gym ever. No one showed up this morning to open the place. This happens way too often.
This facility is disgusting. Classes are constantly being canceled, instructors constantly leaving. Things always broken, machines are never wiped down, bathrooms are often out of thinks like soap and paper towels and are also filthy. We’ve even been told by staff that the owners have several other gyms and this one is last on their list. Go somewhere else that appreciates you as a customer and puts your money to good use.
