I have been a member over a year and a half and I feel like joining has gone from bad to worse. They offer almost nothing and don't seem to care about the place. It's almost as though no management exists. The staff is nice but they don't do anything. The same 5 movies have been playing in the cardio cinema for months. If I have to watch tomb raider or Sherlock Holmes again I may vomit. Bathrooms aren't very good. They change hours and prices fairly often for a business. I love this gym staff are amazing and the child center is great with my little ones. The gym has great and all equipment and really fun classes. This gym offers so much for the price it keeps me motivated and able to mix things up.
This is one of the more nasty gyms I've been to. No towels provided, no fan or AC in spin class. Most of all water bottle holders on Spin bikes broken. Hot water in water fountain. Little to no AC in classes. Bathrooms nasty. Overall very poorly managed from the time you walk in.
I tried, no, I terminated my membership over s year ago. They're still taking out $. I've been there twice, called even more than that. Buyer beware!

I'm not sure why people have such negative things to say about this place. I enjoy coming here. The front desk staff is friendly contrary to what others have said. The girls that work in the childcare part are very sweet. My daughter likes playing in there. The classes are nice and majority of the equipment is new. I don't find that it is over crowded even at 6 or 7pm on a weeknight. My only complaint is the locker room isn't that great. But I'm not there for that so it doesn't really bother me.
