horrible management rude and unprofessional un receptive to requests. the only good employee is tony and the older lady who helps clean. receptionists only response is " I'll ask the manager" if you want any help ask tony hes your best bet.

I’ve been a member of Golds gym since 2017. It’s very upsetting that me and my wife go to the cycling classes either at 5 am classes or the 6 pm classes and the bikes are NOT WORKING. This is unacceptable. These are the bikes at Tierra Este location. The fee we pay for membership should have ALL equipment up to par. Yesterday I went to the 5:45 pm cycling class and the CLASS was FULL this was Katja class and 9 BIKES were NOT WORKABLE. Andrea Gonzales when is an estimated time this issue will be FiXED?

Love this gym super clean and organized, and morning daycare is amazing. Mrs. Letty and Mrs. Danika are the best ,they give me peace of mind that my baby is in good hands and that allows me to take full advantage of my workout. With this you guys have one me over.
This gym does not have a very good trainer/program; not sure if it's the head trainer (I want to say it is). In my opinion, you have to look the part if you want people to take you seriously to train them, instead of being/feeling insecure.
Any class with Dance or Spin class with Jessica; and RIPPED or STRONG class with Melissa or Josh!! Great instructors!!
