Really like my gym. My favorite classes are with Martha, Turbo Kick and Kickboxing. Really works out the legs; not just cardio. I totally recommend these classes.
I Highly recommend Gold's Gym, friendly staff and helpful. Especially in the Power Jam class with Grace Rodriguez. She gives a great class and makes you work your butt off. You will feel so awesome after a great work out!! You need to try her class!! Don't mis out!! — with Alicia Garcia.
Recommendednice place. great atmosphere. clean...! with nice staff. $15.00 a day is steep for an out of state worker who comes every month and trains for three days. Maybe offer a frequent visitor program for those of us who have no golds gym.
