just joined today with my health insurance, looks like a good gym for me, can't wait to get back into shape, I'm an ex bodybuilder and an expert Martial Artist of 30 yrs so the fitness classes should help me allot to get back into shape very fast. .

I really enjoy the clean, friendly atmosphere and staff. Rio is a great personal trainer! My friends and I really like working out with him. We are seeing the results!
The gym is always clean and they have lots of cardio machines. You don't ever have to wait for someone to get done with their workout so you can start yours. The cycling classes are great as well. Philip is an awesome instructor and his music playlist will give you that extra boost. There has been couple of times I have to take out my phone and ask siri, "what song is this" so I can save it on my workout playlist.
