Very disappointed in the way this management company treated me and my wife. Time and time again our matinence requests weren't fixed for up to a month. Dustin was always very hard to work with and mostly rude. We also got charges taken out of our deposit after we were told we were getting the full deposit back and signed for it. We also didn't get proper lawn care and snow removal. It was very dangerous!
Dustin and his staff have been instrumental in the expansion of my business by providing me with the perfect office space. The Goldrush customer service I've experienced is top-notch, and their level of professionalism is pure class! Thank you Goldrush for helping me better serve our community, and for helping me provide an awesome work environment for my staff.
Had such a great experience living in our condo for the 2 years we were there. Dusting was so easy to work with. If we ever had an issue which was very rarely Dustin made sure someone was at our home the same day to have it taken care of. This is an amazing group of people to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Claire at goldrush has been amazing with working with us and giving a chance to get out of a bad situation.. Our apartment is beyond amazing couldn't have had a better experience.. THANK YOU CLAIRE going back through gold rush awesome people always a good experience
I've been living in one of the apartments that gold rush owns since march of this year, I've really loved the area they are located and the layout of the apartments interior. They are always very quick to respond to any messages or needs with the building! :)
Quite impressed with the upkeep of this place just moved in last moth and love it!!
I have lived in quite a few apartments and the Westwood Loop apartment was the best of all. Gold Rush Property Management was easy to work with and responsive to my requests. Great experience!
