I dislike that place very rude disrespectful people tell you can't have your cell phone in that place they need to close it down
Called tonight for the first time and was told my order will be here in 30 minutes so I called back in 45 minutes to check the status of my order and the man who answered the phone was very rude. I will not be calling back again for a chicken dinner that isn't worth the $15 along with the rude service! Never again!!!!!
Last night my friends and I called to order pizza.. Who ever answered their phone was so rude that We ended up not even ordering.. Shout out to the a**hole that lost goldrush chicken 3 good customers..
Good chicken and ice cream...just don't order while on the phone....lol
Love their pizza but The manager is disrespectful times one million.. Hes constantly hanging up the phone on his customers for no apparent reason at all! I will never as long as i live spend my hard earned money here again.. SO RUDE! Customer service means nothing at all to them. I wouldnt even recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy! I'd starve to death before I'd ever eat here again.. Dont believe me? Try calling to place an order and find out for yourselves!
I love Gold Rush chicken. I have lived up north(Eau Claire) for the past 35 years. When I go back to Milwaukee my first phone call is to Gold Rush. Sure wish we had one up here.
