Bayview location - I tried to pick up food tonight and it's raining so my husband pulled into the driveway to drop me off. One of your drivers came out throwing his arms around. So no sale for you or ever again.

I called to ask about delivery on November 11, 2017 at around 9:30pm and the guy on the phone cut me off and told me to call back from a different number and hung up on me. However I was really in the mood to try Gold Rush so I went in and ordered carry out. While I was there I noticed a guy taking orders on the phone and he was rude to the customers on the phone. The chicken was good but I will not return to this location seeing how they treat customers.
Pizzia was burned not good this time maybe it was the 1st i dont know
I ordered chicken with pepper I asked was the pepper in the bag they assured me that it was I get home no pepper I called them all they can say come back and I can get the pepper no apologies nothing for the inconvenience like I left it there. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK!!!!!
Although the food was good (waited long enough) They definitely need better customer service! I felt rushed to order and the older lady seemed pretty cold. I can understand they're in a tough neighborhood but still they are your customer's !!
Great service, food fresh and hot. Depending on the drive, I have been to both the North Ave and Howell Ave restaurants. Would recommend to everyone for the chicken.
