i was so excited to return to Gold Palace Jewelry after a wonderful first visit. Unfortunately, my second time was a letdown. The staff seemed disinterested, and the previously welcoming atmosphere was gone. If you are not going to treat customers nicely, especially if customers arent planning to buy or their business is growing, then don't be rude and still ask what they're looking for. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF PRODUCTS. The salesman is so unexcusably rude for no reason and so unreasnable. The customer service is awful and item we bought is very obviously of low quality, definitely not worth the price at all! Do not cheapout. Purchase elsewhere, this place will only dissapoint you and you'll just be wasting money. If I could give it a 0/5 stars I very much would.
Friendly staff and reasonable prices . I highly recommend this store for your gold needs !
