I ended up with a decent bathroom after much confusion, re-re-installation and a high incidence of miscommunication. The office staff, Brenda, was very accommodating. Bucky Ballard however has an inability to follow through and shows a complete disinterest in customer satisfaction after a sale is made. I was literally told it wasn't his duty to "babysit a job" and make sure installation and cleanup occurred properly. Very interesting considering he is the one I did business with.
