Gold Medal charged $7,809.55 of hardwood flooring with Forest to Floor, a flooring supplier, in December 2020. Despite numerous calls and emails, Gold Medal refuses to pay their bill. Mr. ********** would be mortified.

I ended up with a pretty bathroom after much confusion, re-re-installation and a high incidence of miscommunication. The office/show room staff, Brenda, is very sweet and accommodating. Bucky B. however has an inability to follow through and shows a complete disinterest in customer satisfaction after a sale is made. I was literally just told it wasn't his duty to "babysit a job" and make sure installation and cleanup occurred properly. Very interesting considering he is the one I did business with.
