Second time here... It's just wonderful! New ownership!
We were there in the second week of July and enjoyed our stay for the most part.The hotel is lovely, the staff is wonderful, and the bar is simply awesome but unfortunately did not get to try any of the food in the restaurant. I would definitely come back and stay there again!!

Visited the historically famous Gold Hill Hotel this past Friday myself my girlfriend and two new friends all of us paranormal investigators we sat outside on the patio there was a beautiful slight breeze blowing with the haunted miners cabin and the yellow jacket mine directly behind us. My 1st experience eating lunch August 2013 was excellent! Good food and service. My husband,and I returned this past Saturday evening for a nice dinner. The greeting was a joke, we snagged a couple of menus and sat ourselves. Our waitress was nice, but 1st impressions say it all, when we walked in we asked if the resturaunt was opened and she replied, it opens at 4.
