I brought my rado watch in for a new battery. They broke the crystal on the watch. Then, when I went to pick it up, they distracted me, by chatting me up, so that I didn't see the damage until later, when I got home. They are goniffs.

Danny stole my money. I paid half and never got my chain. I spoke with Danny countless times. He told me every store known to man. Went to the store... showed my receipt but everyone plays "dumb" like they don't know what's happening. I have no other choice but to take it as a lost and a lesson learned now.
Young Danny be lending out jewelry more than he does business. The craftmanship and quality stinks. DO not spend a dollar with these guys
