Danny is the best i been going there over 20yrs. The best service around best prices. If your looking to customize or make a purchase I highly recommend this store & all the employees are great, friendly, honest & helpful never pushy!
The owner tries to overcharge you for a custom piece. And when you disagree with the price. He starts talking to his son in a foreign language in front of you. And had the nerve to take a call while I was standing there. Very unprofessional. Would not spend my money there.
I brought my rado watch in for a new battery. They broke the crystal on the watch. Then, when I went to pick it up, they distracted me, by chatting me up, so that I didn't see the damage until later, when I got home. They are goniffs.

Danny stole my money. I paid half and never got my chain. I spoke with Danny countless times. He told me every store known to man. Went to the store... showed my receipt but everyone plays "dumb" like they don't know what's happening. I have no other choice but to take it as a lost and a lesson learned now.
