Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. Not that I did since I was just looking at movies. But when I walked to the counter to purchase the movie I picked out I still got ignored and I stood there for probably 10 mins. Two other people came into the store after I had already been at the counter and got helped and left while I stood there. Left my movie on the counter and walked out.
Absolutely the best place in Red Bluff to shop for, special items. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I love this place. 😊

I had silver & gold pieces (both whole & broken) I wanted to sell, but I had never been to a pawn shop before & was pretty apprehensive. As soon as I met Jessie, the owner, I was immediately put at ease. In fact, the entire staff was welcoming to everyone who came in to the store. Jessie explained what everything was worth & the price was very fair! With such wonderful customer service & a welcoming atmosphere , I'll be back for sure to both sell & shop!!

Very professional place to do business! I had gone to 3 other places between Red Bluff and Redding, but Gold Exchange was the best for comfortability and price! They were very knowledgable about the gold market and let me know if I ever had any questions I could call or just come on in. Very pleased I chose locally to do business! Definitely will be going back again!
