RecommendedGreat location. Love the layout of the 2 bedroom. Washer/Dryer included.😃 Secure package lockers. We are almost done with our 1 year lease, and will be signing for another year.
I spoke with Else Bautista, an assistant manager, about a charge that we owed them for $50 because we mistyped our card information to pay our application fee and she was extremely rude and did not care to listen to our complication. We’re now paying $50 for that mistake and $100 for our applications because we refuse to just waste $50. Do not lease here.
Absolutely love these apts and living here! The staff is always friendly and on top of any maintenance issue that occurs! Met lots of friendly neighbors as well! Def worth the price of rent because when it comes to apts..you pay for what you get! Highly recommend! Beautiful apts inside and grounds are very clean! I've been here for 5 mos now..no problems at all!
Trashy neighbors blaring their rap music all night.
This place is drama and crap. Ive been here since july. One of the girls here called fake complaints on anyone she didn't like! The cops were constantly here. She was a building over and she would throw her boyfriends clothes over the balcony every other week. The maintenance men are slow, and do minimal work unless its kissing the owners butt. Beautiful apartments homes, but way to many issues from the start to be a brand new complex.
Recently moved in to a 2/2 on the first floor. Amazing views of 820 during the day and at night! The staff is extremely friendly and open everyday. Anything we need or want they are right there to answer and help! Always see them walking the property, making sure everyone is happy and the place is looking great. You can't hear any of the construction going on at all when inside the apartments or leasing house. The ceilings are very tall! And you can't hear any of your neighbors, not above or beside.
