Very disappointed with this self storage. When we first started with this storage company, management was great, location is convenient . Since new management came along our rental price has gone up, we have to ask for a key for the restroom and to dump trash. Now we have some problems with critters that we never had the 5 years we’ve been there. That’s not right! I can understand price going up for increased maintenance but I don’t really see that.
