We walked in and asked for my 4 year old custom gold ring to be resized and polished. It took 1 week and came out looking brand new! There were no visible lines from the soldering even though the ring was taken a full size down and years of dings and scratches are gone.

They stretched a diamond ring, which should not be done, and I believe instead of sizing two other rings, stretched them too. I spoke to the woman who owns this place and she wasn't there, in spite of asking me to come down. Her husband denied ever seeing me, and they can't find their records. The shop is a mess with paper all over the floor. Now I have 3 damaged or inappropriately sized rings I cannot use. Spent 1000, have 3 rings ruined.The only jeweler I recommend is Charles Koll. They are expensive, but do quality work. ... read more
