I love the customer service the food was amazing steak was on point
They messed up my order and in my opinion overcharged me. Stay away. I wanted, which I paid extra for yakisoba and I got rice. I paid $1.40 for extra teyeyaki sauce, but got a 2 oz cup. My delivery driver had to wait 20 minutes. This place needs help.
Second visit to this restaurant. I do like the restaurant. However after a botched order and a phone call to the manager Jenny. I was told she would replace my order on my next visit to Charleston. That has changed and the restaurant has decided not to honor a replacement for an order that was clearly not mine. I will not be returning due to the terrible customer service after a 3 hour drive.
My second visit to this restaurant and what a mess up with my orders. I do like the place but when you do not get good service that's not good. My son ordered soba noodles with his hibachi chicken and shrimp. However, once we got home 3 hours away, the order was missing the noodles and he was disappointed and threw the order away.
