After having many problems with the front desk people properly relaying what I would like done with my dog I was ready to quit using Going Mutts months ago. Natalie, the groomer, said she would check me in so I could speak directly to her each time I bring my dog in. Mind you, I bring my dog in twice a month. I needed a groomer right away my dogs nails had grown way to long and was causing him pain. I did a search online for Dog Groomers and tried calling the first on the list, only to get a voice mail saying the next appointment would be in November (Click) So I called the second on the list and got no answer even though their website said they were open at the time i was calling. I will never take my dog to this place ever again. The customer service was bad. Really rude girls who work there. You would think the workers would be taught how to treat customers.I have a Yorkie. A Yorkie is suppose to have a teddy bear cut. My dog came out looking like a kit fox. I am very disappointed.

I haven't heard from this client yet, unfortunately, to find out exactly what happened. But, communication is everything. She didn't mention whether her baby was matted, or if she specified what type of cut she wanted. Never tell a groomer to do what they think should be done, because not all groomers groom the same! We all come from different backgrounds and experiences. What looks good to one person, might not look good to another. I love taking my dog to Natalie! She is amazing with my dog.. The salon is always clean and very professional!! Wouldn't go anywhere else in town!!
