I gave it a 5 because I hope. Website needs to be updated I drove 40 miles down here under the assumption that they were open from 9:00 to 12:00 they are not

Definitely will not ever buy anything from this company again I tried to take a starter back that was overpriced that my granddad had bought. Starter has never been used and he wouldn't accept it because the box had a little water damage and told me that it was not his problem that it was my granddad's for buying it.
After forgetting to do requested work then charging me twice on labor they put my van on the $100 machine 2x with no results. My husband was informed it would cost an additional $700+ for a manual job to find the problem. This extra cost came after sinking lots into several jobs including some clean-up wiring and still no answers to my first problem from these "specialists". I will never be going there again! He told me it would cost a $146 to fix a knock combustion sensor and a temperature sensor and it would be $85 for the car diagnostic but when I went to pick up my car he said that I miss heard him and my total was $660. I was so upset that he would lie to my face like that. Ridiculously overpriced, He charges three times what he tells you he will.
