Very unprofessional. Refused to reply to calls after initial visit. Refused to complete work when i left a voicemail with a questioned about a chance in diagnosis without any further testing. Do not use this company. Didn't even let me know he was not going to finish. I had to find out a week later when I contacted my warranty company for an update.
