As a homeowner, I would never trust this company with my property. They are unprofessional and lack care and concern for all of the parties they are involved with as well as the properties they manage. I’ve seen them fail to address issues tenants have surfaced over multiple months, which not only puts the unit at risk but also gives the tenant grounds for taking legal action.
