First off if they sold you a Goodman, that is a builder grade hunk of junk.
Second off this company is known to be hustlers all over the US, getting unsuspecting people from Home Depot lists, as they are a HD contractor, and charging them 5 times what they can buy a better system for less...
I would stay far away from Yes / ARS -- one and the same company and you will probably get calls from ARS thinking you would not suspect them of being in bed with these scammers, yet they are the same company.
