Made an order online with special instructions on how I wanted the pizza made. Picked up pizza and instructions were ignored. Employee said since the instructions weren’t in a specific spot they didn’t follow them. Couldn’t wait for it to be remade so took the pizzas the way they were made. Asked employee for district managers contact info and she said she didn’t have it and starting smirking at me.

As of today, I still have not received my refund of $37.30. So, Godfathers is not the correct answer! Last Saturday I placed a order at the, Council Bluffs location not far from Madison street. If I had read the Google reviews before doing this, I would've saved me from this problem. To be honest we really enjoy their pizza. . . Unfortunately as I am here picking up my pizzas less than 50% of the workers are wearing gloves and have been touching their faces. On top of that not a single person working there is wearing a mask. Zero. This is referring to the one on Valley View.
Beyond disappointed! I ordered the super taco all that's on it is doritos lettuce blk olives some cheese. That's it!?!? My cheese sticks dry! My cherry strudel..... seriously got some crumbles on it and literally some powdered sugar shakes on it!!!!! also completely dry!!!! Godfathers pizza is very expensive so I would expect I dont know... actual description of what I paid for?!!? SAVE YOURE MONEY DONT EAT HERE!
We picked up a pizza today and the individual preparing the food had no gloves, face mask and there was no type of sanitize/wipesr in the area. The pick up was 928 Valley View. We won't be back.
I am on bed rest and tried to order a pizza and a salad. Turns out it's to much work to take the carrots off a pre made salad. I order from them at lease once a week. I am very disappointed with there customers service. Unfortunately it's the only godfathers in town. it will be a long time before I order from them again. The manager and the person that answered the phone were extremely rude and not helpful at all.
I called for a delivery order. All she said was it's a 2 hour wait. No reason, no apology. I politely declined. 2 ☆
ordered online, called & confirmed they rec'd it & was told they did & she was entering the order. My brother got there & order hadn't been entered/made. This is the SECOND time this happened. I don't recommend the online ordering at this store! The food was great when we got it.
