I went for kinky twist on the 5 of this month and here it is 19 my hair has came out my twist and they have falling out I called so they could fix them they have me a nasty attitude and said the would fix them after I out up a argument I was told to come back at 9am bout the lady showed up at 10 just to fix one twist and try to cut my hair that was coming aloose I stoped her she told me she was done she never fixed my hair I paid 175 for nothing and I am very disappointed

The staff are very nice, professional and get the job done quick. Our first time experience but will never be our last.
Tree braids or sew-ins aren't their specialty. My friend and I were very disappointed.
