Great service, fast communication, quality boat
I rented a boat from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Around 8:40 PM we were stopped by DC police and told that our boat needed to have a light on it as it was starting to get dark. Then, our boat and two others were escorted back to the dock. When I called the customer service number, the attendant was very unprofessional, and even laughed at us and said that “you only had 30 minutes left of the reservation anyway”. This was a fun boat ride for the family. The worjers worked as hard as they could to get people in on time. The heat was the real issue, but we got through it and turned out to be fun. The local food had really nice options, so anyone visiting this place and wants to eat out will have plenty of options.
