Absolutely appalling experience with Go Boat. This company clearly cares more about making a quick buck than ensuring the basic safety of their customers. We had a booking during a time when a severe thunderstorm was rolling through. Lightning was striking the water, thunder shaking the skies, and torrential rain pouring down. Despite these clearly dangerous conditions, GoBoat refused to let us cancel. We are here for a bachelorette weekend, so we are not from here. Rescheduling was not an option.
