Do not rent from Goal Properties. I have only been renting for a few months and it’s been a nightmare. I’ve had to call maintenance countless times due to toilets leaking and flooding master bedroom, water heater not working, fence in backyard was extremely damaged when we moved in, and now our heat isn’t working and I can’t get in touch with anybody. They are the worst to rent from! We are getting a lawyer because they break things hire the worst outside company’s to fix the problems! Then the problems are not fixed! They never answer the phone or are never in the office! They never call back when we have emergency we have asked them to fix the air 4 times this summer now we have water coming out of our vents! No one called us back when we called we are still waiting on a call! Also no one is ever in the office! This is the worst place to rent from! We have waited 5 days... read more
My A/C has been out for 48 hours & I can’t even get a return phone call. It’s 85 degrees in my house with a 10 & 12 year old child.
