My favorite hair salon! Nayoung (director) is my go-to hair professional! She recommends the ideal haircut and treatment for you, I booked for a straight perm but because I have bleached hair she suggested keratin smoothing treatment instead and the results were amazing! They also give you snacks and drinks during long appointments and staff is very professional and friendly! 10/10 would recommend!!
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at the GOA EGLINTON branch on September 19, 2025, at 4:30 PM. I came in with long beautiful nice color hair and clearly requested a layered style while keeping the same length, but the stylist cut a large section of my hair at the back of my left hair very short, leaving it uneven compared to the rest.
