I had to purchase some products during the Covid-19 travel ban to create remote training systems using cameras and communication headsets. I ordered some Video capture cards from Go4Computers, as they were one of the only online stores available to purchase from, and they delivered ahead of schedule, and in very safe packaging. I understand them wanting to be cautious, but I recently ordered a Nintendo Switch (shipped by Go4computers) and they basically took away all freedom on my end to pick up my package. I called FedEx and they said there wasn't anything they could do to override the shipper instructions. I could not request a delivery time. I could not request a new delivery address (i.e. my work). Bought a drone directly from their website for my son, it was shipped within minutes of me placing my order and I received it two days before Christmas. Have no complaints as of yet with my drone
Horrible store bought a brand new DJI phantom 4 drone for my son for Christmas and received it with a broken battery. It's Christmas and he can't even use his gift. Do not shop at this store.
I've had the chance to buy from them and the experience was great, they helped me with every step of the way and presented me with a lot of options to make the payment definitely will buy again from them.. 100% recommended
