Hi can anyone tell me why there phones not working and why they haven't diverted them I have a problem with my system they installed 3years ago
We have been trying to contact go sunny for weeks and weeks with no answer, or response. We will attempt contact again next week, and take things further if nessesary.
Overall we were happy with Go Sunny Solar. Our system is awesome but it didn't go without a few issues. In particular don't believe their $500 "refer a friend" offer as the person who referred us is still waiting months later. Also the trades don't turn up when they are supposed to.
We got solar and battery installed spoke with Andrew who made the experience very friendly and easy to understand and the rest of the staff I dealt with were always polite and very helpful . We had two small issues but both of these were resolved straight away (human error I would call it nothing major ) We could not ask for better service from start to finish and a follow up call just to see how the system is going cheers and thank you
