My mother moved out a of house she had rented from Go Realty in April 2020, it is now Sept 20th and she had not received her deposit and they continue to ignore her or my calls. I took pics of how the house looked when she moved in, which was a wreck however when she moved out we took photos to show how clean it was since no one came over for walk through. Have not responded to my phone calls or emails. I am owner of a property they manage and just had a check they wrote me returned due to a stop payment. Officially just fired them and contacted tenants to pay rent directly to me. Now I am probably going to have to hire a lawyer to get the deposits and rents withheld from me back, if they can even stay in business and not declare bankruptcy.
We have had a fridge out for over 10+ days. We have called everyday since day 1 and no response. Had to reach out to their facebook and message them. Turns out it was the owner and he told us to call the same number we have been calling. We have submitted a maintenance request and still no response. I am having SEARS come out tomorrow to fix this issue. I highly do not recommend this company. Will not renew lease.
My husband has been trying to contact them for a month to get our security deposit back, and all the pet rent we paid back since our dogs are ESA dogs and they still charged us every month. Everyone he has talked to said they will call him back that same day and we haven’t heard from them in days. Very unprofessional. All we want is that back and we will stop calling and emailing. No one answers the phones there. No one communicates. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I want to thank Gerry and his team for making the sale of my home go so smoothly. There are always bumps in the road when selling a house, but Go Realty really took care of us, made us feel comfortable, listen to what we needed, and made it happen! It took only 2 weeks to sell, and 1.5 months to close! We are really happy and we wish we could use Go Realty where we are now.
