Well, I shop alot! This is my first negative review ever! And I'll be brief here. This company (Go Modern Furniture) sold me a piece of furniture with a factory defect. They ignored me for 3 month while I was trying, really trying to solve the issue nicely. No one knows what I'm talking about each time I call, eve that I already called dozens of times, sent emails, and pictures of the defective merchandise. I had nothing else to do but go with a chargeback. Guess what?! They tried to sue me 5 month later!! This company is so... read more
Great sales team to work with they design my space with unique pieces not only from Go Modern but also Dominio Furniture. Delivery guys were very nice as well.
Sales rep was very nice with us and when it was time to really decide what to buy he called the mananager who took great care of us. I prefer to buy in a place where everybody takes care of me instead of buying at big stores where they don't care about your decor and needs.
This store goes by several different names and they are not on BBB.org, this itself should have been a red flag that I was not dealing with professionals. The name on the website is gomodernusa.com, at the store its Go Modern but on the sales invoice its Leather Furniture Outlet. I purchased furniture in this store on 2/25/2014. Biggest in-stock leather inventory in Miami.
Great selection of modern furniture, especially leather furniture. They are located in downtown Miami and have lot's of white leather sets. Bought mine and I am real happy with my couch. Not over-priced and nice quality.
Cool furniture store that really has lots of modern furniture, especially leather sets. They are in downtown Miami and have great prices. I got myself a brown leather couch and a matching chocolate coffee table. Very modern and cool.
