They shrunk my $300 dress because they did not listen to my instructions of Dry Clean Only. I repeated it 2-3x to the person in front. This material only shrinks if it gets wet. It also pilled and will only do so if it gets wet. Just really upset, and feel all my money was wasted that I have spent on this dress. Terrible service, and charge 10$ for a shirt Rush fee is crazy
I really don’t like giving negative reviews on local businesses but this was my first and very last time using this place. Bad service: dropped off three pair of pants on Sunday for alterations and said I need these by 4pm on Friday. I show up Friday at 4pm and they are still not done! The cashier says they will be ready at 5. They had my pant for six days and left them until the last hour? Fine, stuff happens and not everything is a big deal.
