As usual, Mike went above and beyond what is required or expected of an exterminator. He called to find out if we would be at the house anytime soon because of the impending extreme cold weather. Since we were not planning to be there soon, he offered to disconnect the garden hose and wrap the spigot with a towel to reduce the chance for freezing. Thank you so much, Mike!!!!
