I found an unidentified "long-legged creature" in my kitchen sink this morning. I called Go Forth and they sent a technician the same day. He identified the "creature" and assured me it would not bite or sting. He actually said it ate other bugs. He removed the "creature" and made me feel so much better. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional!! Thanks Go-Forth!!
Excellent service. Everyone is professional, from scheduling to service. They’ve taken care of spiders, jumping crickets, cockroaches & mice. We’ve had the Elite service for almost 2 years and the mice problem is almost nothing now. The regular service has kept all the other critters to a minimum. We are by a lake & have neighbors with unkept property on both sides of us.

Very knowledgeable and nice young man. Let me know upon arrival and explained what he was going to do. When he was finished he let me he was done and what he had done. This man is definitely an asset to Lake Norman Pest Control. Hopefully he will be my permanent technician.

After my initial review, Dom contacted me and apologized for the misunderstanding as to what I was expecting and what had been relayed to my 1st tech. He was able to come out the very next day and treated my home much more thoroughly, as well as educated me on how better to take care of things moving forward. He definitely put my mind at ease.
