Do not engage with this company. In my opinion they are a scam. They consistently try to charge us for a service we did sign up for. When we call them and tell them to stop they are polite and say it will be taken care of. The next day the same things happen again and this has been on going for the last 6 weeks. We paid them via check for our initial service and now they are saying out bill is outstanding and the check failed. Out technician, Calen was great today. He was very thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and even suggested that I upgrade to the My Elite plan to ensure that all of my needs were covered. He completed my pest service inside and outside in a very timely manner and wasn't bothered by the dog. Great Job!
