I am giving this place 1 star because the studio is clean and well air-conditioned. I took off 4 stars because of the poor customer experience, which matters the most to me. So far, this has been my worst experience with a dance studio. The front desk puts effort into selling to you, but does not put the same effort into serving customers well. What I experienced was a lack of consistency in communication, a lack of professionalism, and a lack of compassion.
No manager around, owner wont respond when there is a customer concern. Some instructors egos are fragile here if you dare leave feedback. Go else where
Terrific session. Great dance studio
First dance class ever was easy to follow, simple yet entertaining & fun, and also a bonding experience with friends! Thanks to Maira for helping my friends and I have a great evening and learn how to do the Salsa!
