Unfortunately they misquoted me for a monthly amount. Checking my account today I see ive been charged double what I was originally quoted. When I called in today the offer was "we can come take them away free of charge" which is already apart of our contract. Also the person who quoted me this no longer works with them (which shouldn't invalidate his quote) ... so now theyre all loaded up and my option is to unload them to reload to new ones that are cheaper monthly. Had a Box with them for about 5-6 years, and they kept everything in my box in great condition, even with their move across town from Lac Le Juene Rd. Nothing was disturbed or broken, and it was so easy. They care and have awesome service and Kathy is so wonderful to deal with. Support these small business owners, you won't be disappointed.
