Unbeatable fire place. Top notch. Would 100 percent try again.
As both a regular and an employee, I've never found a place in which I'm more comfortable than Go Bar. Go Bar went from being a home away from home, to being a literal home for me. Bartender has become a great friend, and many of my early experiences playing shows in town are because of Go Bar. Great drinks, great company, even better times!!!
I met my wife there. I also had all of my wedding pictures taken there. It's a lovely place to meet your partner and to have photo shoots done. Drinks are good, too.

Go bar is a cool spot with great ambiance. One of my favorite places in Athens , Ga. & America.
When I first went to Go Bar my first time I was skeptical to say the least. I have to say it looks way better and feels cleaner since the fire and subsequent remodel! The service was prompt and being the cheeburger fan I am I went for the classic #1 with cheese, 8/10. The new and improved fry recipe is very good indeed paired up with an ice cold bepis and you got yourself a deal my man. All in all I'd recommend this Athens- cool place to most friends but no relatives no.
Bartender is the best VJ in the tri-state area.
